At **Cardif Seguros**, we are looking for an analytical and strategic professional to lead our quotation processes and ensure the technical excellence of our products. **Your Objective in This Role** You will be the key player in the lifecycle of our products, managing the quotation process with precision and ensuring that every technical feature is perfectly implemented for successful production launch. **Your Key Challenges** * **Quotation Management:** Develop and execute efficient and precise quotation processes. * **Actuarial Governance:** Ensure strict compliance with delegations (local and Head Office) and established guidelines. * **Profitability and Sustainability:** Ensure each quotation meets the company’s expected profitability targets. * **Product Maintenance:** Monitor and ensure the continued validity of guidelines for products already in production. * **Actuarial Intelligence:** Lead the development of complex technical studies, including the design and back-testing of technical bases and actuarial experience studies. **Profile We Are Seeking** **Academic Background:** * Graduates in: **Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.** * A **Master’s degree in Actuarial Science** is highly valued. **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * **Solid experience:** 3–5 years in the insurance sector. * **Pricing Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of General and Life Insurance. * **Tool Proficiency:** Advanced programming skills in **SQL, SAS, or Python** for handling large volumes of data. **Compensation and benefits\*:** * **Monthly salary of $10M COP plus statutory benefits.** * **Health insurance policy** * **Life insurance policy** * **Mutual Savings Fund** * **Extra-legal monetary allowance** * Benefits subject to company policies
