Responsible for activities related to maintenance, setup, testing, and operation of equipment at the customer location and field camp. Collaborates in providing technical, operational, and practical expertise for technology development and operations projects. Gathers relevant information regarding customer service work and communicates it effectively to assigned personnel at the worksite. Trains and guides service operators and operator assistants on properly conducting vehicle and equipment inspections before and after trips, as well as associated documentation and/or reporting. Trains service operators and operator assistants on platform operation related to equipment assembly, operation, and maintenance. Completes appropriate documents, reports, and forms affecting the business unit’s financial results (e.g., field ticket). Job tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Given the nature of service work in oilfields, effective communication with others is required. Must be familiar with HMS standards and guidelines for PSL personnel. Promotes safety and environmental awareness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and guidelines. Promotes and actively participates in quality improvement processes.
