The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, supervising the nursing team, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-standard patient care. Main Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and organize shifts and activities of technical and auxiliary nursing staff. Coordinate patient reception, admission, transfer, and discharge within the assigned service. Perform and supervise complex clinical procedures and the safe administration of high-risk medications. Manage inventory of medical supplies and medications, and ensure proper functioning of biomedical equipment. Ensure strict compliance with biosafety protocols and clinical care guidelines. Audit and ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records and nursing documentation. Serve as the direct communication channel between the medical staff, healthcare center administration, and patients' families. Education: * Incomplete or ongoing university-level Technical Degree (Desirable) Experience: * Training: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
