Oversee the entire project lifecycle **Project Manager** **Bogotá** The **Project Manager** role involves planning, executing, and closing projects within strict timelines and established budgets. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of project execution, including resource allocation and coordination of team members’ efforts to deliver projects in accordance with the established plan. Additionally, the Project Manager defines project objectives and oversees quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and influence project team members to promote positive actions and accountability for their tasks. * Manage the project and its processes, including defining and continuously monitoring the **Project Implementation Document (PID)**. * Execute and align project scope, objectives, detailed milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. * Develop the **Project Implementation Plan**. * Develop and manage the **Project, Quality, and Communications Plan**. * Define the resource plan. * Represent the Implementation Team’s needs during the pre-sales phase. * Conduct resource planning and management. * Manage and escalate project risks and issues. * Manage the project budget. * Ensure team members understand and comply with all applicable procedures and policies. * Proactively manage changes to project scope throughout execution. * Ensure appropriate communication among project team members and report progress and any other relevant information to stakeholders. * Lead **handover to support** activities after go\-live. * Lead **lessons learned** activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare the **Project Closure Report**. **Qualifications** **Essential Requirements** * Project management experience implementing integrated ERP solutions for the healthcare sector with multiple workstreams, in a direct customer-facing role. * Experience across the full project lifecycle—from initiation and execution through go\-live and closure. * Direct knowledge of the healthcare sector and/or more than **3 years of experience with healthcare IT systems** is strongly preferred. * Experience managing resources, tracking hours, budgets, and forecasts. * Experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams. * Experience communicating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. **Desirable** * Knowledge of hospital and/or business procedures, common work practices, organizational structure, and dynamics. * Prior experience as an end-user of an integrated healthcare system. * Clinical and/or business experience or training—ideally as a user of **TrakCare** or other Hospital Information Systems (**HIS**) applications. * Experience in integrated implementations. * General understanding of technical aspects related to IT solution implementation and delivery. **Education and Training** * University degree or more than **5 years of experience managing large, complex projects**, preferably in IT for the healthcare sector. * Technical knowledge of software and implementation processes. * Certification or training in project management, such as **PRINCE2, PMP, or PMI**. * Senior-level management training. * **PMI** certification is desirable. **About InterSystems** InterSystems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next\-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
