Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and control human resource management processes, ensuring effective talent administration, regulatory compliance, staff development, and enhancement of the organizational climate to achieve strategic objectives. We seek a professional with experience for the position of Human Talent Manager capable of planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the organization’s human resource management processes, ensuring proper human talent administration, compliance with current labor regulations, staff development, and strengthening of the organizational climate, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. A specialization in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety, or related areas is desirable. Minimum three (3) years of experience in coordination or managerial roles in human resources, including experience in personnel selection, payroll administration, labor relations, training, and organizational development. MAIN FUNCTIONS 1. Design and implement human resource management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. 2. Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. 3. Supervise the accurate preparation and administration of payroll and social benefits. 4. Manage training, employee wellness, and organizational development programs. 5. Lead performance evaluation processes and improvement plans. 6. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. 7. Manage labor relations and address employee requests. 8. Coordinate disciplinary actions in accordance with legislation and internal regulations. 9. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 10. Prepare human resource management reports and indicators for senior management. 11. Promote an appropriate work environment and organizational culture. 12. Manage labor termination processes and final settlements RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with human resource management policies. * Maintain up-to-date employee labor documentation. * Safeguard the confidentiality of employee information. * Efficiently manage resources assigned to the department. * Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions related to human talent.
