MAIN FUNCTIONS 1. Design and implement human resource management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. 2. Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. 3. Supervise the accurate preparation and administration of payroll and social benefits. 4. Manage training, employee wellness, and organizational development programs. 5. Lead performance evaluation processes and improvement plans. 6. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. 7. Manage labor relations and address employee requests. 8. Coordinate disciplinary actions in accordance with legislation and internal regulations. 9. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 10.
