We are looking for a **General Director** with a strong track record to lead the comprehensive execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical, operational, and financial excellence through resource optimization, adherence to quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards, thereby guaranteeing the successful and profitable delivery of each project. **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Specialization or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related disciplines. * Over **18 years of professional experience**. * **7 years of experience** in senior executive roles leading organizations, operations, or large-scale infrastructure projects. * **Language:** Advanced English. **Strategic Responsibilities** * Define and implement the organization’s corporate strategy and growth objectives. * Lead the project portfolio to ensure financial, operational, and commercial results. * Strengthen business profitability, sustainability, and competitiveness. * Contract administration and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Develop strategic relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders. * Promote a high-performance culture, innovation, safety, and operational excellence. * Lead strategic decision-making to drive organizational expansion and consolidation. **Key Knowledge Areas** * Strategic management and corporate governance. * Financial planning and budget management. * Project portfolio management (PPM). * EPC contract administration and risk management. **Conditions:** **Location:** Bogotá D.C. **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Availability:** Willingness to travel nationwide.
