We are seeking a law student interested in strengthening their experience in the legal management of enforcement proceedings and judicial collections. · Main Responsibilities: · Support in the management of judicial and extrajudicial collections. Preparation, filing, and monitoring of enforcement proceedings. Processing and monitoring of obligations arising from electronic negotiable instruments and promissory notes. Application and handling of Law 2213 of 2022 within the scope of assigned proceedings. Drafting of legal submissions, memoranda, and other juridical documents related to collection and enforcement proceedings. Support in responding to petitions, lawsuits, and judicial requests. Monitoring of procedural actions and support in collection strategies. Requirements: · Law student who has completed required coursework. Completion of legal clinic. University endorsement for the judicial internship. Knowledge of enforcement proceedings, procedural law, and judicial collections. Proficiency in office software (Word and Excel). Strong writing skills, legal reasoning ability, and adherence to deadlines. Working Conditions: · Fixed-term employment contract. Work modality: In-person. Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance COP 249,095 (total COP 2,000,000).
