




**Education:** Graduated technologist or student in engineering, statistics or related fields; or currently enrolled or deferred student with at least seventh (7\) semester completed. **Experience:** 6 months of experience as technical support (level 1 or 2\) or systems analyst or helpdesk. **Knowledge in**: * Technical expertise in structured cabling installation, networks with security protocols, security cameras, administration, support and management of servers on Windows and Linux platforms, programming experience and installation of alarm and CCTV systems. * Server administration, disk array repair. * Troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues, mobile devices, cameras. * Information security, backups. * Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365\. * Active Directory management. **Responsibilities**: 1\. Install and configure the technology to be used in the company, including equipment, servers, operating systems, programs, applications, cameras. 2\. Knowledge in disk array administration. 3\. Find solutions to any failures and implement corresponding corrective actions. 4\. Change server names at branch locations. 5\. Prepare reports on the status of company equipment and systems. 6\. Implement and guide various teams in the deployment of new applications or operating systems. 7\. Conduct security reviews and identify vulnerabilities (vulnerability management). 8\. Perform monitoring, analysis and reporting tasks across different applications, manage alerts until resolution, and submit periodic reports. 9\. Management and administration of Active Directory. 10\.
