Position Summary: We are seeking a physical training instructor focused on Futsal to lead sports training for children, girls, and youth, promoting their holistic development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead sports training with emphasis on Futsal for youth. 2. Design and implement Futsal training programs. 3. Work Schedule: Part-time **Required Profile:** The Juan Bosco Obrero Center seeks a Technician, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree holder in Sports Training, Physical Education, Physical Culture, Sports Sciences, or related fields, with emphasis or experience in Futsal, to lead sports training processes for children, girls, adolescents, and youth, promoting participants’ physical, technical, tactical, and formative development in alignment with the pedagogical approach and Salesian institutional values. Academic Qualifications \- Technician, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Training, Physical Education, Physical Culture, Sports Sciences, or related disciplines. \- Additional training in Futsal coaching, coaching methodology, sports initiation, physical conditioning, or coach education is desirable. Experience \- Minimum one (1) year of experience in sports training processes, team development, or Futsal sports schools. Knowledge and Skills \- Planning and implementation of Futsal training sessions. \- Technical, tactical, and regulatory fundamentals of Futsal. \- Physical conditioning oriented toward performance and sports development. \- Organization of tournaments, sporting events, and recreational activities. \- Group management, leadership, assertive communication, and teamwork. \- Ability to promote values such as respect, discipline, solidarity, and fair play. Main Responsibilities \- Design and develop Futsal training programs appropriate to participants’ age and skill level. \- Conduct practical training sessions and sports development processes. \- Monitor participants’ physical, technical, and behavioral progress. \- Organize and accompany participation in matches, tournaments, and sporting events. \- Ensure proper use of sports facilities and equipment. \- Promote healthy lifestyles, coexistence, and collaborative work. \- Support institutional activities related to sports, well-being, and holistic development.
