




Store Operator Active, enthusiastic, and committed individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Serve and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services. Perform cashier duties, including accurately and efficiently processing product payments. Restock and organize products on shelves, maintaining excellent presentation and ensuring the store remains orderly. Label prices and ensure all products are properly marked. Assist in receiving and inspecting merchandise deliveries, verifying product accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area as well as common areas of the store. Collaborate with the team to ensure customer service standards are consistently met. Participate in the rotation of perishable goods, always guaranteeing product quality and preventing losses due to expiration or spoilage. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Experience in customer service and/or retail or similar environments. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment under pressure. Mathematical aptitude and cash-handling skills. Capacity to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proactive attitude, service orientation, and teamwork spirit.
