Job Summary: We are seeking an Advanced Janitor for Cleaning, Cafeteria, and Maintenance services, with experience in various general maintenance and specialized cleaning tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in high-altitude cleaning and general maintenance 2. Knowledge of basic electricity, masonry, and plumbing 3. Operation of machinery and tools inherent to the job A national outsourcing company providing Cleaning, Cafeteria, and Maintenance services requires an Advanced Janitor. KNOWLEDGE Cleaning: High-glass cleaning, parking lot sweeping • High-structure cleaning (trusses, lamps, ducts, channels) • Basic electricity: ballast replacement, light bulbs, outlets, switches, timer repairs, telephone cable repairs. • Masonry: patching, plastering, painting, drywall repair, replacement of suspended ceiling panels, signboard repair and placement. • Plumbing: unclogging traps, unclogging residential sewer boxes, maintenance of septic tanks, unclogging toilets, sink repairs; PVC pipe bonding (fittings, elbows from ½ inch up to 4 inches). • Gardening: mowing lawns, pruning shrubs up to 1.50 meters, removing dry leaves, turning soil, applying fertilizers to shrubs, applying fungicides to shrubs. • Machinery and tool operation: inherent to the job. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum: Completed seventh grade (certifiable) EXPERIENCE At least one year of experience in this position or as a cleaning operator. Labor certificates required.
