Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff for waste management with high physical stamina and commitment to work in production environments and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper waste brand protection. 3. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational personnel with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); possession of a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper waste brand protection. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal Transportation Allowance + Statutory Overtime Pay + Statutory Benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is mandatory.
