Ensure security, surveillance, and access control at assigned facilities, preventing risk situations and providing users with peace of mind. Main Responsibilities Access Control: Register the entry and exit of pedestrians, vehicles, visitors, and suppliers. Surveillance Rounds: Conduct perimeter patrols to verify the condition of the facilities. Monitoring: Report any anomalies, malfunctions, or suspicious situations in the logbook and to the operations center. Emergency Protocols: Respond promptly to crisis situations (fires, intrusions, medical emergencies) following company guidelines. Customer Service: Provide guidance and courteous treatment to residents, employees, and visitors. Requirements to Apply Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in the private security sector. Security Course: Valid foundational or refresher course in surveillance. Military Status: Defined. What Do We Offer? Salary: Base $1,750,905 + Transportation subsidy $249,095 + Statutory benefits + Night, Sunday, and holiday surcharges. Rotating shifts. Monthly payments.
