Job Summary: A leading construction sector company is seeking a white and gray construction worker with experience in masonry, structures, and finishes. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent construction sector company is currently seeking technical personnel as white and gray construction workers, with a minimum of six (6) months of experience in civil works projects. Main Responsibilities: Perform masonry work, including wall and partition erection. Prepare and pour concrete and mortar mixtures. Assist in leveling, foundation, and minor structural activities. Install basic elements per construction drawings (walls, columns, slabs, curbs). Interpret basic construction blueprints. Carry out floor and wall tiling (ceramic, porcelain, or other materials). Apply stucco, plaster, and fine finishes to walls and ceilings. Install baseboards, skirting boards, and other finishing elements. Perform painting and final touch-up work. Ensure high-quality presentation and attention to detail in all finishes. Requirements: Verifiable experience in the construction industry. Valid COPNIA certification. Team-oriented attitude, initiative, and proactivity. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, half-day.
