For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a high school student with incomplete studies, available for rotating shifts, and possess competencies such as adherence to processes and standards, positive work attitude, and effective communication, we are looking for you! Your Mission Support operational tasks in the logistics process, especially in warehouse operations—receiving, verifying, locating, and preparing finished products—to ensure reliable storage and timely shipments. You will perform loading activities, internal movements, and goods protection according to departmental guidelines. You will also assist in repackaging, handling pallets, and responsible equipment usage, promptly reporting any inconsistencies. What We Look for in You Academic Qualification: Incomplete high school education. Experience: Ideally 6 months of experience in production or logistics, including inventory or merchandise counting; experience in floriculture, construction, supermarkets, or related sectors is applicable. Knowledge: Basic packaging processes, materials handling, inventory management, and merchandise counting.
