Focus on operational autonomy and attention to detail At Asequimicos, we are seeking a **HUMAN TALENT ANALYST with a focus on Payroll** * **Mandatory Education:** Technician or final-semester student in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles involving personnel administration, payroll calculation and processing, social security management, and contract settlements. Demonstrable experience in monthly payroll processing, PILA, and procedures before EPS/ARL/AFP. Inventory management and delivery of employee supplies. * Desired: Experience in the distribution or chemical manufacturing sector and knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) (50-hour course, COPASST). * **Technical Knowledge:** Payroll and social benefits calculation (CST), Social Security: PILA, UGPP, EPS, ARL, AFP, CCF. Preferred: SIESA Enterprise or similar payroll system.
