**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the South America media leadership in planning and executing performance media strategies for Colombia market;
* Translate brand, retail and business objectives into full‑funnel performance plans (leads, sales, digital contribution, ROAS);
* Coordinate day‑to‑day performance media operations across paid search, paid social, programmatic and other biddable channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360\), together with the media agency;
* Challenge and refine agency recommendations using briefs, sales targets, benchmarks and test results;
* Track and report core KPIs ensuring consistent optimization and clear storytelling for stakeholders;
* Work with Analytics/BI and local teams to use dashboards and reports to identify opportunities, trends and issues in each market;
* Support budget management for media campaigns in the market, helping recommend the best allocation by channel, funnel stage, product and audience, and ensuring basic financial control;
* Collaborate with CRM, website and retail \+ aftersales teams to improve the end‑to‑end conversion journey (from media click to lead and sale);
* Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with local marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
**What we're looking for:*** Strong expertise in Marketing, \& Performance
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.)
* Knowledge of finance, statistics, and project management concepts
* Bachelor's degree and postgraduate specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital\-related fields
* Around 4\-7 years of experience leading Marketing, Media, or Digital strategies
* Proven experience managing budget
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with corss\-functional teams
* Excellent interpersonal and realtionship\-building skills
* Excel proficiency, power bi, e xperience analyzing dashboards and performance metrics
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
* Advanced English
