This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role and as part of a high-impact team! * Foster a strong organizational and safety culture across all staff and support all activities aimed at eliminating risks and accidents. * Ensure achievement of the company’s operational objectives. * Establish the process budget to secure necessary resources for proper execution of its activities. * Identify needs and secure required resources for proper execution of agency activities. * Report operational results to assess achievement of process objectives. * Ensure compliance with procedures to guarantee timely service delivery. * Supervise follow-up of scheduled services to ensure adherence to planning. * Guarantee availability and control of inventories of assets and disposables for daily service delivery. * Ensure traceability of medical devices and consumables used in oxygen therapy, apnea, and maintenance interventions. * Ensure and guarantee use and handling of the Digital Service Order (DSO). * Lead and train patient care and distribution staff in required processes. * Manage, control, and monitor process indicators to ensure achievement of established operational objectives. * Control process expenses to ensure alignment with the allocated budget. * Request articles, equipment, and tools required to carry out process-specific activities. * Plan and ensure execution of strategic plans for efficient resource utilization. * Validate invoices for received products and services to ensure control of process expenses. * Report payroll-related updates to the Human Talent process to ensure accurate payment. * Ensure that procedures governing the process are updated according to operational requirements to maintain process efficiency and effectiveness. **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- * Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production), or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management, administrative and logistical processes, inventory control, and warehouse product handling and control. * Knowledge and experience in distribution logistics, route planning, and route monitoring. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite for report preparation. * Prior experience with SAP-CRM is valued. * Basic English language proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Chía site, located at Calle 7 No 2e\-1 interior 5 bodega 1 vereda Samaria. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders, and cultures across the world.
