We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Finance Intern** **PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE INTERNSHIP** The finance area seeks an analytical intern with interest in inquiry, high attention to detail, and consistent willingness to adapt to new environments. The candidate must be competent, with professional development aligned with continuously embracing challenges through optimal time management and autonomy—characteristics inherent to objective\-based work. Likewise, we aim to recruit talent grounded in learning and a constant desire to learn. New ideas, improvement initiatives, and positive change are also valued traits in the person assuming this internship within the finance area. **POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION** Support in key financial area processes, as well as implementation of key operational functions for managing all processes within the area. **KEY TASKS – SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Manage onboarding of new suppliers to include them in the company’s supplier list; * Organize documents and evaluate contracts with new suppliers; * Generate purchase orders via the SAP system; * Control and manage payments: obligations, taxes, suppliers; * Monitor overall payment processes across the company; * Internal control of the P2P process; * Support in financial control and planning. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Integrity * Proactivity * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Logical reasoning **PRE\-REQUISITES** * Students pursuing preferred (but not exclusive) degrees: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering. * Advanced/Fluent English proficiency. * Portuguese proficiency is a plus (not exclusive).
