




Educational institution requires committed, responsible individuals with excellent service attitude and attention to detail to join our team as Human Development Leader. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate the activities and services of the institutional well-being human development program. * Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen the continuous development of the student retention program with the student population and other participants. * Propose and guide various mental health promotion and prevention strategies, as well as psychological counseling services and other activities within the comprehensive health and human development line of Institutional Well-being, including the sexual and gender-based violence protocol. * Conduct measurements and analysis of information generated by institutional information systems and external mechanisms regarding dropout indicators in their different forms. * Support various requests from academic programs that promote and contribute to student retention. * Participate in implementing the institution's socioeconomic promotion strategy and propose improvement actions aligned with the objective of student retention. * Support academic and administrative units as needed in carrying out retention activities for secondary education (vocational guidance) or social outreach. * Apply psychological intervention techniques at individual, group, and institutional levels. * Provide psychological follow-up and advisory services to students. Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in promotion and prevention activities focused on administrative and wellness areas, preferably with clinical or educational experience in higher education institutions. * Availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday.
