Position Objective Drive growth in Hogarú service sales through agile and effective lead management, successfully converting potential customers into active and recurring customers. The role emphasizes both commercial and service orientation, accompanying the customer throughout the entire sales process and ensuring a positive experience across all customer service channels. What will be your main responsibilities? * Make and receive calls from customers and company employees. * Effectively close sales of Hogarú services. * Manage reservations, purchases, repurchases, payments, and collections from customers. * Manage various customer service channels: phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms. * Provide timely, personalized, and solution-oriented customer support. * Follow up on commercial opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets. * Support other job-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
