




We are looking for a **General and Human Resources Assistant**, responsible for comprehensively supporting administrative and human talent processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and regulatory standards. It is a **fundamental requirement** to have proven experience managing the **Helisa Nómina software**, as it will be the primary tool for processing payments, settlements, and social security. **Main responsibilities:** * Propose and implement human resource provisioning policies: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and compensation, according to current regulations. * Apply and monitor compliance with technical and legal standards in personnel administration. * Execute the complete hiring process: job postings, selection, medical exams, social security enrollments, and contract signing. * Calculate and process payroll using the **Helisa Nómina** system. * Perform monthly calculations for social benefits and social security. * Provide technical guidance to departments on human resources matters. * Support the implementation and development of the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG\-SST)**. * Coordinate training activities, employee well-being programs, and prepare the corresponding budget. * Promote continuous improvement in human talent management processes. * Support and carry out disciplinary procedures in accordance with internal policies. * Enforce compliance with the internal work regulations and occupational health and safety standards. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical, technological, or professional education in administrative, accounting, or human resources fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * **Essential** proficiency in the **Helisa Nómina** software. * Knowledge of Colombian labor regulations. * Ability to work in a team, high sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.
