Within our billing team, you will develop diverse skills, interact with internal and external clients, and support strategic processes—all aimed at achieving organizational objectives. **Requirements:** Professional degree in finance or administration. One to three years of experience in billing processes, report preparation and financial analysis, and accounts receivable collection. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced). **English:** B2 or higher **Responsibilities:** * Support partners and associates in monitoring fee agreements for active cases. * Assist clients with invoice modifications and corrections. * Supervise and analyze management reports submitted by staff reporting to the analyst. * Review and correct attachments. * Perform manual and bulk invoice issuance. * Support various departments within the support unit (marketing, planning, accounting, accounts receivable) on matters directly related to the firm’s provision of legal services. * Operate online billing tools.
