General Position Information Position Title: Human Resource Management Analyst Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Contract Type: Fixed-term, 3 months Immediate Supervisor: Human Resource Management Leader 2. Position Objective To manage and execute human resource department processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, current labor regulations, and human talent development within the company. 3. Main Responsibilities Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Coordinate onboarding and training processes. Administer payroll-related events (hires, terminations, medical leaves, vacations, etc.). Support the preparation and follow-up of performance evaluations. Manage disciplinary processes in accordance with labor regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee database and resumes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and work regulations. Support occupational well-being and organizational climate initiatives. Prepare management reports and indicators for the department. Support internal and external audits related to human talent. 4. Position Requirements Academic Qualification: Technical degree in Human Talent Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions. Knowledge: Current labor legislation Payroll and social security administration Competency-based selection processes Proficiency in office software (Intermediate Excel) 5.
