Job Mission Oversee and monitor operational and administrative processes at the Distribution Center, ensuring service level, inventory reliability, and compliance with quality, safety, and best practice standards. Location Chía, Cundinamarca What Will You Do in This Role? Lead and develop the logistics area’s operations team Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch processes Ensure proper inventory management (control, FEFO rotation, and reliability) Ensure efficient order invoicing, routing, and delivery Supervise transportation operations and optimize distribution routes Manage returns, operational exceptions, and customer service Track logistics KPIs and propose continuous improvements Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in fast-moving consumer goods) Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools Experience leading operations teams Knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes (warehousing, distribution, inventory management) What We Offer?
