Job Summary: A leading transportation company is seeking an Operations Analyst to plan, coordinate, and supervise operational and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates national-level transportation logistics operations. 2. Conducts data analysis and reporting to optimize operational processes. 3. Supervises vehicle documentation and tariff control. A leading transportation company requires **Technicians or Technologists in Administration or Logistics** for the position of **Operations Analyst**, to perform the following duties: Plan, coordinate, analyze, and assign vehicles according to the operational plan authorized by management, complying with established guidelines and parameters. * Supervise the opening of all commercial agencies nationwide to ensure timely sales and dispatches. * Audit vehicle expiration dates and documentation with the Maintenance Department using the FICS tool. * Prepare reports on roadside breakdowns, accidents, and other incidents impacting operational processes. * Analyze the dashboard generated via Power BI for sales control, dispatches, and execution of sales budgets per agency. * Audit and control the tariff system in accordance with budgets published by the Operations Directorate. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Sunday to Sunday (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts) **SALARY:** 2´330.000 **PAYMENT:** Biweekly **WORK LOCATION:** Salitre Terminal and El Norte Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Which locality do you reside in? * How old are you? * Do you have experience as an Operations Analyst?
