**Talent Acquisition Support** **About the Role:** Ensure an exceptional experience for both internal and external candidates as well as Hiring Managers throughout talent attraction processes, securing the talent required by the company within defined timeframes while complying with standards governing business quality and competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Identify effective recruitment sources to attract potential candidates for selection processes. * Analyze and pre-screen resumes according to organizational profiles and internal requirements. * Coordinate and conduct candidate assessment processes (interviews, tests, assessment centers). * Present pre-selected candidates to Hiring Managers after completing interview and testing filters. * Ensure completion of activities, accurate invoicing, and ANS compliance with the temporary staffing agency. * Maintain ongoing communication and responsiveness to the needs of various stakeholders. * Provide feedback to candidates who participated in the processes. * Support the hiring stage. * Execute, monitor, and keep process indicators up to date. * Propose process improvements to optimize efficiency. * Lead selection processes for operational roles in manufacturing and logistics, as well as administrative positions. **Who You Are:** * **Education:** Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in mass recruitment and selection for operational roles in manufacturing and logistics, as well as administrative positions. * **Knowledge:** B2 certified English, advanced Excel skills. * **Competencies:** Teamwork, resourcefulness, ability to respond promptly under pressure, organization and methodical approach in work execution. * On-site work mode at Cajicá Plant. **What We Offer You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
