We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional eager to contribute to ensuring and optimizing the infrastructure supporting our operations. What will be your purpose? Plan, structure, and ensure proper scheduling of preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance, guaranteeing availability of resources, materials, and services, and contributing to operational efficiency, safety, and quality. What will you do in this role? Define and update preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance plans. Schedule activities in SAP PM and coordinate their execution across different departments. Monitor plan adherence and manage rescheduling. Manage technical resources, materials, and external services. Coordinate work with vendors and contractors. Analyze failure history to optimize maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience. Minimum 1 year in maintenance planning. Key Knowledge: Maintenance planning and scheduling SAP PM (desirable) Preventive and corrective maintenance management Data analysis and resource management Industrial infrastructure knowledge Competencies: Analytical and structured thinking Self-management and results orientation Assertive communication Collaborative teamwork What do we offer?
