Job Objective To lead and coordinate the company's operational activities, ensuring proper personnel management, documentary control, and consolidation of information related to logistical and vehicle operations. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. Manage and control documentation required for operations. Prepare and consolidate vehicle, route, and operational incident reports. Monitor compliance with internal procedures. Ensure correct completion and archiving of operational forms. Support daily logistical activity control and monitoring. Ensure compliance with operational indicators and objectives. Requirements Experience in personnel management. Knowledge of logistical processes and operational control. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to use tablets and mobile devices. Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Working Conditions Position: Logistics Operations Leader. Base Salary: Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLMV) + Monthly bonus. Schedule: Rotating shifts according to operational needs.
