Responsibilities Market Research and Supplier Selection: Analyze the market to identify potential suppliers and assess their reliability. Participate in strategic procurement planning. Negotiation: Manage contracts, discounts, delivery schedules, and favorable payment terms. Purchase Order Management: Issue purchase orders, process requests, and track deliveries to prevent delays. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to determine precisely what is needed and when. Continuous Evaluation: Measure supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards. Administrative Management: Update databases, review invoices, and resolve disputes or returns. Requirements Technical degree or seventh-semester student in administrative, industrial engineering, or international trade programs Prior experience in procurement analysis Supplier negotiation skills Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency SAP B1 proficiency preferred Supplier evaluation and re-evaluation experience Ability to analyze data and make decisions Effective communication skills.
