




Job Summary: Supervises and manages staff, inventory, and administrative operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and training in sales and customer service. 2. Comprehensive inventory control and administrative operations management. 3. Customer experience focus and achievement of sales targets. Staff Management Supervise team members (sales advisors, cashiers, etc.) Schedule shifts and working hours. Train staff in sales and customer service. Inventory Control Oversee goods receipt and dispatch. Coordinate orders with suppliers. Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic inventories. Administrative and Financial Management Manage daily cash handling and sales closing. Prepare sales and expense reports. Fulfill tax and administrative obligations (invoicing, taxes, etc.) Customer Service (occasional) Resolve complaints or special cases. Ensure a satisfying in-store customer experience. Store Layout and Visual Merchandising Supervision Ensure the store is clean and well-organized. Supervise product presentation according to season or promotions. Customer Assistance and Advisory Greet and welcome customers. Provide recommendations based on customer needs. Provide information on sizes, styles, prices, and promotions. Sales and Operational Closing Close sales and encourage additional purchases (cross-selling). Basic cash handling (in some stores).
