Driven by its ambition for growth and expansion, Inetum achieved revenue of €2\.500 million in 2023\. **Job Description** **24x7 Systems Operator \- Copérnico** From Inetum Spain’s Operations line, we require a Data Center Operations profile: a Senior Data Center Operator working 24x7 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). The selected candidate will join the client’s operations team. Responsibilities of the Operator: * 24x7 Systems Operator working 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night): * Monitoring of systems and networks * Monitoring of backups and batch production * Technical telephone support to users * Review and tracking of incidents * Resolution of Level 1 technical issues **Experience:** Not required; **desirable** experience in system and infrastructure monitoring, ticketing management, and execution of technical procedures. **Competencies:** Document management capability, request and incident handling, assertive communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in IT environments. Being organized is mandatory.
