COMMERCIAL CAMPAIGNS:** Manage the creation and configuration of products across different applications, monitoring certification processes involving relevant departments, aiming to reduce potential operational impacts. **2\. SUPPORT:** Supervise support and assistance provided to sales channels, tracking their needs and collecting feedback to improve portfolio products. **3\. MARKET AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS:** Analyze competitor and partner pricing studies and product benchmarking to generate tools that enable Product Managers to enhance product offerings. **4\. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TO PRODUCT MANAGERS:** The category manager must provide necessary operational support to Product Managers, including preparing briefs for negotiated products, documenting internal product team procedures, and monitoring advertising activities for upcoming product launches, among others. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business management, or related fields. Strong organizational and project follow-up skills, teamwork, and achievement orientation. Minimum 2 years of experience.
