The position requires expertise in commercial and corporate processes, including registration with the Chamber of Commerce, statutory amendments, and minutes preparation, as well as knowledge of taxes, payroll, and compliance with tax and fiscal obligations (income tax, industry and commerce tax, exogenous information reporting, among others).
