




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and optimizing product quality, from implementing schedules to analyzing results and handling non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of quality indicators. 2. Manage the handling of non-conforming products and customer complaints. 3. Perform statistical analyses and develop specific procedures. Implement the annual work schedule for the quality department. Responsible for monitoring material testing to ensure product quality. Responsible for implementing and monitoring indicators within the department to identify and optimize improvement opportunities. Analyze test results and new projects statistically and historically. Manage the handling of non-conforming products and quality-related customer complaints. Prepare reports required by management. Fulfill additional quality commitments to customers. Conduct an analysis of all tasks to be performed, verifying compliance with customer quality standards. Develop specific procedures. Sampling plan, internal and external testing, and process controls for raw materials and finished products. Maintain quality records (controls and protocols).
