The Technical Service Associate provides internal repair service at a repair/service center or on-site technical service at headquarters. This is a flexible-model position located in Chía. **Responsibilities may include the following and may be assigned to other tasks** * Performs on-site service and repair of company products at customer sites or service centers * Conducts mechanical, hardware, software, and system failure diagnostics using established procedures * Performs maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products.
