The Technical Service Associate provides internal repair service at a repair/service center or on-site technical service at headquarters. This is a flexible-model position located in Chía.
**Responsibilities may include the following and may be assigned to other tasks**
* Performs on-site service and repair of company products at customer sites or service centers
* Conducts mechanical, hardware, software, and system failure diagnostics using established procedures
* Performs maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service capacity issues
* May communicate with field technicians to provide useful information for failure diagnosis or repair, but generally without direct customer contact
**Required Experience and Knowledge**
* Technical or technological degree related to preventive and corrective maintenance
* Two years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of fixed assets
* Basic level of English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP systems and advanced English proficiency preferred
* Valid INVIMA registration
