Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Fullstack Developer with experience in Python and React to build AI-powered data products, participate in feature development, and integrate databases. That’s why we build AI-powered data infrastructure for organizations across LATAM—most from scratch, with ample room for new team members to shape how the product is built.* **What You’ll Do** You’ll build products end-to-end: full-stack features (frontend \+ backend), database integrations feeding our AI agents, and workflows powered by agentic development tools. There are no intermediate layers—you’ll understand the problem, prototype, iterate with the team, and deploy to production. **You’ll Participate In:** * Full-stack development (Frontend and Backend). * Building new features. * Database integration. * API development. * Projects supported by Artificial Intelligence. * Continuous optimization and improvement of applications. * Collaborative and innovative work. **We’re Looking For Candidates With:** ✔ **Minimum 2 years of software development experience.** ✔ **Proficiency in:** Python (FastAPI), React, TypeScript (React), SQL, Design Patterns, Software Architecture, and use of AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent). **We Especially Value Individuals Who Are:** Autonomous, Analytical, Curious, Results-Oriented, Passionate about learning new technologies. Bonus if you have experience with: AWS, PostgreSQL, Artificial Intelligence, LangChain or LangGraph, SQL and NoSQL databases, Test Automation, Data Processing and Integration.
