Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee welfare programs We seek an administrative professional with experience in human resource management for construction projects, comprehensive management of labor processes and administrative support on site, experience in recruitment and personnel selection, payroll processing, implementation of employee welfare programs, and support to the quality management system. ### **Requirements and Experience** * Experience in **recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel on site**. * Proficiency in **payroll processing and related updates**. * Knowledge of **Colombian labor legislation**. * Experience in implementing **employee welfare programs**. * Support and follow-up to the **Quality Management System**. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical, administrative teams, and suppliers. * Availability to work on site and travel as required by the project.
