Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced painter to prepare surfaces, apply paint, maintain equipment and the work area, and assist with general maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in continuous improvement and safety High school diploma preferred. Minimum (1\) year of experience as a painter. Certification as a painter. 1\. Prepare surfaces to be painted by scraping and removing old paint residues. Apply multiple layers of synthetic filler quickly. 2\. Prepare paints to be used by mixing them with other paints, thinners, and drying agents in appropriate quantities until the ideal color and texture are achieved. 3\. Load paint into a compressor, connect the equipment to the compressor, and regulate flow using valves. 4\. Protect unpaintable surfaces with paper tape or masking tape. Direct the spray gun toward areas to be painted and perform coordinated vertical, horizontal, and circular movements. Sand paint layers after drying, before applying the next coat, until achieving a perfect finish. Retouch inaccessible areas with a brush. 5\. Maintain used equipment by removing residues and cleaning the spray gun nozzle with solvent liquids and water. 6\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. 7\. Organize equipment at the end of the workday, verifying that electrical equipment has been disconnected and that gas and oxygen cylinder valves have been closed. 8\. Report resource, spare parts, and material requirements to the maintenance coordinator and/or procurement department to carry out workshop tasks. 9\. Complete any forms designated within the process. 10\. Actively participate in company-organized safety talks or training sessions and follow all instructions or recommendations provided, especially those related to HSEQ. 11\. Perform any other duties or responsibilities inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
