




We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support and coordinate the company’s procurement and logistics processes in an organized and timely manner. This person will play a key role in executing and tracking quotations, purchase orders, and supplier and contractor evaluations, providing support and guidance to ensure efficient, orderly, and business-aligned management. Key Responsibilities: * Manage purchase requests and departmental emails. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. * Process and track purchase orders and deliveries. * Manage inventories and price lists. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and contractor databases. * Coordinate with internal departments (Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Commercial). * Record purchases, invoicing, and updates in the system. * Support the generation of reports, performance indicators, and expense control. **Education:** Technical degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in procurement and supplier management. **Contract and Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience.
