If you enjoy interacting with customers, advising on products, and achieving sales targets, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on features and benefits of electric and gas water heaters. * Drive product sales at the point of sale. * Ensure excellent customer service and experience. * Maintain product display, organization, and stock availability. * Verify inventory levels and product availability. * Meet established commercial indicators and sales targets. * Report incidents and support brand commercial activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum **6 months of verifiable experience** as a merchandiser, promoter, commercial advisor, or salesperson, preferably in chain stores, large retail formats, hardware stores, home appliances, white goods, construction, or home products. * Excellent personal presentation. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving commercial targets. **Working Conditions** * Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV). * Statutory social benefits. * Attractive commission scheme based on goal achievement. * Project-based or task-based contract. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for growth and development within the company. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday. * Weekly workload of **42 hours**. **Work Location** Bogotá D.C.
