Position Summary: Coordinate and direct connectivity, fiber optic, video surveillance, and GPON network projects, ensuring formulation and implementation of technical management plans and achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead connectivity, fiber optic, and video surveillance projects. 2. Manage technical plans and ensure achievement of objectives. 3. Coordinate personnel, budget, and technological resources. Two (2) years or more of experience in coordinating and directing connectivity projects, fiber optic cable laying, video surveillance system installation, and GPON network construction. · Formulate technical management plans to ensure achievement of periodic project objectives and targets. · Organize the performance of technical staff functions in coordination with the Operational Leader. · Achieve assigned project targets within established timelines. · Plan, implement, and manage sustainability of assigned projects. · Coordinate and monitor compliance with the project's financial budget, human resources, and technological resources required for project operations. · Submit progress reports on the project to superiors. · Plan demand for equipment and tools required by technical staff. · Conduct field inspections of work performed by technical staff. · Address and respond promptly to management requests or requirements, in accordance with company policies and protocols. · Monitor implementation of improvement plans assigned to the project. · Conduct training for technical staff under supervision. · Develop maintenance and/or installation schedules on a weekly basis. · Submit per diem requests for technical staff under supervision, supported by the weekly schedule.
