Responsibilities include preparing and loading materials, adjusting and operating the machine, conducting quality inspections to detect defects, and ensuring that the product meets technical specifications. Key responsibilities * **Machine operation:** Starting, operating, and stopping the extrusion machine, as well as making adjustments and changing molds or dies. * **Material preparation:** Weighing and mixing resins, colorants, and other chemicals required for the extrusion process. * **Material loading:** Placing heavy materials into the mixer and ensuring the machine has sufficient raw material for operation. * **Quality control:** Inspecting the finished product (extruded cable) to ensure quality and detect potential defects or irregularities in the material and equipment. * **Maintenance:** Performing minor adjustments and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors to ensure proper equipment function. * **Process monitoring:** Reporting relevant information to supervisors and other personnel to maintain quality and effective communication between shifts.
