Must have training as a Heights Work Coordinator, a 50-hour and/or 20-hour course in Occupational Safety and Health (SST), and a valid SST license. * **General experience:** Two (2\) years starting from the completion and approval of the academic curriculum in Occupational Safety and Health (SISO), practicing the profession legally. * **Specific experience:** One (1\) year as an Occupational Safety and Health (SST) Professional, SST Inspector, or in similar roles; experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards, reporting management indicators according to Decree 1072 and Resolution 0312, and preparing management reports for senior leadership. **Responsibilities:** * **Participation and coordination:** Attend committees and meetings related to SST, COPASST, PESV, and others. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, including the SG\-SST and PESV. * **Document management:** Design, implement, control, and maintain up-to-date documented information of the SST system, ensuring evidence of legal compliance. * **Training:** Coordinate and carry out SST, environmental, and PESV \- ISO 39001\ training, reinduction, and procedure dissemination processes. * **Monitoring and continuous improvement:** Conduct monthly follow-up, monitoring, and reporting of SST performance; support corrective actions and action plans management. * **SG\-SST implementation:** Ensure application of measures established in the Occupational Safety and Health Management System within organizational projects. **Job objective:** Lead, coordinate, and control all actions of the Occupational Safety and Health System (SSTA) in projects and corporate operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and organizational guidelines. * **Contract type:** Permanent. * **Work mode:** Hybrid, Monday to Friday. * **Location:** Bogotá. * **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 \+ Social benefits \+ Corporate benefits. **If you meet all the requirements, apply now!** Resumes not matching the profile will not be considered. **Important note:** Remember that we will never request money during our selection processes.
