Ensure regulatory compliance and propose improvements A prominent company in the document sector is currently seeking: **Document Management Technologist with professional license (mandatory), minimum one (1\) year of verifiable experience leading teams** Responsibilities: \* **Design, implement, and supervise** document management policies and procedures * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding archives, preservation, and information protection. * Coordinate the organization, classification, description, preservation, and final disposition of documents. * Propose continuous improvements to document management systems and associated technologies. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and reports for senior management. * Plan and allocate activities for the document management team. * Assign responsibilities and monitor goal and schedule adherence. * Train and guide staff on archival procedures and technological tools. * Evaluate team performance and promote improvement plans. * Resolve conflicts and support operational decision-making. * Motivate and develop competencies of supervised personnel. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Outlook) Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM In-house\- entity Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
