**A leading healthcare-sector IPS** is currently recruiting **General Physicians** to join its clinical support team. We seek professionals with a strong service vocation, commitment to humanized care, and orientation toward meeting the highest quality standards in healthcare service delivery.
Employment Conditions
* **Contract Type:** Service Provision Agreement.
* **Honorarium:** $28,000 per hour.
* **Available Shifts:** Morning or afternoon.
* **Work Location:** Bogotá D.C. (Montevideo, Modelia, Toberín, and Américas branches).
* **Payment Method:** Monthly, between the 25th and 30th of each month.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive medical assessments and clinical follow-up of patients.
* Define, implement, and adjust treatment plans according to patient evolution and clinical condition.
* Monitor patients’ health status and promptly establish appropriate medical interventions.
* Manage clinical events and emergency situations arising during patient care.
* Coordinate actions with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee holistic care.
* Manage patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes in accordance with institutional guidelines.
* Complete and maintain up-to-date clinical records and other clinical documentation.
* Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding health condition management and follow-up.
* Comply with protocols, clinical practice guidelines, patient safety standards, and institutional policies.
Required Profile
* Professional degree in Medicine.
* Active registration in RETHUS.
* Valid regulatory training courses.
* Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and deliver patient-centered care.
* Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and commitment to patient safety.
