We seek a **Research and Development Analyst** responsible for prototype design, performance validation, and associated technical documentation for new products and raw material qualification processes. This role is an **R&D Analyst** focused on product development and reformulation, raw material qualification, technical documentation under the Quality Management System (QMS), and plant-scale-up follow-up, including cost estimation and participation in the organization’s strategic projects. This position ensures that new developments and qualifications meet performance, stability, target cost, and QMS documentation requirements. The **R&D analyst** serves as a key liaison among laboratory, production plant, and quality/cost departments, ensuring product functionality and correct plant implementation. Candidates will gain exposure to strategic projects, cross-functional interaction (quality, production, procurement, cost), industrial scale-up learning, and technical document management. Active participation in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives is expected, with visibility to technical or operations leadership. **Responsibilities:**
* Design prototypes and validate performance of new products.
* Conduct raw material and ingredient qualification.
* Prepare and manage technical documentation required by the QMS.
* Support and monitor product scale-up in the production plant.
* Participate in cost estimation for new products and reformulations.
* Manage non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
* Ensure correct implementation of products on the production line.
* Collaborate on strategic R&D projects.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
* Experience handling technical data sheets and safety data sheets.
* Experience managing non-conformities.
* Experience in plant-scale-up (pilot and full-scale production).
* Knowledge of product cost estimation.
* Experience in raw material qualification.
* Experience in technical document management.
* Knowledge of volumetric and labeling matrices.
* Ability to interact with quality, production, and procurement departments.
* Ability to participate in innovation and continuous improvement projects.
