We seek a **Research and Development Analyst** responsible for prototype design, performance validation, and associated technical documentation for new products and raw material qualification processes. This role is an **R&D Analyst** focused on product development and reformulation, raw material qualification, technical documentation under the Quality Management System (QMS), and plant-scale-up follow-up, including cost estimation and participation in the organization’s strategic projects. This position ensures that new developments and qualifications meet performance, stability, target cost, and QMS documentation requirements. The **R&D analyst** serves as a key liaison among laboratory, production plant, and quality/cost departments, ensuring product functionality and correct plant implementation. Candidates will gain exposure to strategic projects, cross-functional interaction (quality, production, procurement, cost), industrial scale-up learning, and technical document management. Active participation in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives is expected, with visibility to technical or operations leadership.
