Job Summary: Betania Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Topographer to ensure precise design and development of construction projects, performing detailed topographic surveys and stakeouts. Interpret digital plans and control excavation processes At **Betania Colombia S.A.S.**, a company with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of industrial parks, we are seeking a **Topographer** to contribute to the proper design and development of our construction projects. **Purpose of the Position:** To carry out precise topographic surveys and layout operations to ensure the correct design and development of construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform layout operations: locating and marking on-site structural elements such as piles, columns, foundations, roads, and channels. * Monitor excavation and backfill activities required for project execution. * Read and interpret digital drawings (AutoCAD) to conduct layout operations and locate corresponding coordinates on-site. * Report to Engineering regarding preventive maintenance needs for equipment. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Topographic Engineering, Georeferencing Topography Technology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of specific experience** in warehouse construction projects with areas of **30\.000 m²**. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Civil CAD** software. * Proficiency in **Office 365**. * Familiarity with **BIM 360 platform** is desirable. * Familiarity with **Revit** is desirable. **Employment Conditions** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract * Work location: Funza, Cundinamarca * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Direct employment with the company.
