




We are currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to provide administrative and support services through the handling, follow-up, registration, and control of procedures, activities, documentation, and functional area requirements, in accordance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring that comprehensive management of all actions is carried out efficiently and effectively. **Requirements** * Technical or Technological degree in Administrative fields or related disciplines (Students may also apply, provided they have scheduling flexibility) * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities * Ability to work effectively in a team * 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative duties **Work Location** * Bogotá **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities** * Process social security contributions for independent contractors and company employees. * Record monthly expenses per project for submission of district and national tax reports. * Prepare corresponding accounting supporting documents for payments to suppliers and company personnel. * Maintain employee-related documentation—including contracts, clearance certificates, affiliations, invoices, retirement payroll forms, expense receipts, and monthly payments—in both physical and digital filing systems. * Submit monthly fuel consumption reports for site operations to enable cost control, as well as machinery usage and material loading reports. **Contract Type and Compensation** * Service Agreement with fees of $1.800.000 If you meet the requirements and wish to join our team, please apply at administrativo@grupojm.com.co/administrativo2@grupojm.com.co Job Type: Full-time
