Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in general repairs, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and furniture. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or related fields. 2. Perform general maintenance repairs (painting, masonry, etc.). 3. Corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, technical, technological, or professional education in industrial mechanical maintenance or related fields, with (2 to 3\) three years of experience in the position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Perform general maintenance repairs on furniture and facilities, including painting, masonry, electricity, plumbing, among others. \-Carry out corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance tasks according to the work schedule established and prepared by the immediate supervisor. \-Report defects in facilities, equipment, and furniture for scheduling their repair and maintenance. \-Keep the work area clean and organized. \-Operate and control maintenance tools and equipment. \-Comply with the occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations established within the organization, among other duties related to the position.
